3. No Collections/No Derogatory’s
4. Utilization under 25% (Really 10% or lower)
5. Inquiries are 2-3 or less with each bureau.
6. You have 5-20 accounts reporting ( In Good Standing)
7. Credit Age at least 2.5 yrs ( Higher the better)
8. At least 2 Credit Cards w/age of 2yrs and $2,500 limit (6-8 months)
